Let’s be real. Running errands usually means throwing on some sweatpants and whatever sneakers have been sitting at the bottom of your closet. And while there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, sometimes you want to be comfortable and look like you put a little thought into what you’re wearing.

I’ve put together 20 different looks covering a little bit of everything: denim, athleisure, preppy styles, separates and easy one piece outfits. Perfect for school drop-offs, grocery runs, appointments, or whatever else is on your to-do list. Because we can look polished and handle our business at the same time.

A quick note before we get into the looks: These are inspiration, not instructions. Swap the shoes, change the colors, switch up the jacket, or adjust the lengths and textures. Work with your budget, your body, your comfort level, and your personal style. The goal isn’t to copy every piece exactly. It’s to take what you like and make it your own.

Sporty & Elevated Athleisure

Look 01 | Fleece and Leggings Combo

Look 03 | Sweatshirt and Leggings

You really can’t go wrong with an oversized sweatshirt and leggings, but it’s the accessories that give this look its personality. And that fuzzy bucket hat? Such a fun touch! Depending on the weather, you could easily swap the leggings for biker shorts or cargo shorts and switch up the headwear. Same cool mama vibe, just a different look.

Look 04 | Leggings and an Anorak Jacket

This is one of those easy outfits that looks like you put in more effort than you actually did. A cropped anorak adds a little structure to your everyday leggings, while chunky sneakers and scrunch socks give the look a sporty finish.

Look 05 | Flared Leggings and a Vest

This is one of those outfits that proves comfortable can still be cute and girly. The flared leggings keep things relaxed, while the fitted top and little details give it a more feminine feel. It’s the perfect combination of sporty and sweet.

Look 06 | Cargo Pants and Knit Track Jacket

No, cargo pants don’t have to be styled with sneakers! I love mixing sporty pieces with unexpected accessories, and this look is a perfect example. The chocolate suede clogs give it a completely different vibe, while the contrasting colors make everything more interesting. It’s a little sporty, a little funky, and definitely the kind of outfit your kids would be happy to see you wearing when you pull up to school pickup.

Look 07 | Pilates Inspired Matching Set

I love a good matching set, especially one that gives you that cute Pilates girl aesthetic while still being comfortable enough for everyday life. The wrap top adds a feminine touch, and you can easily switch up the accessories depending on where you’re headed. No actual Pilates class needed.

And here’s a bonus I love: the leggings come in several lengths, making them a great option for both petite and tall women. Because finding leggings that actually fit your height shouldn’t be a struggle.

Look 08 | Sweatsuit and Trench Coat Combo

Okay, this is hands down my favorite outfit in the entire collection! I love everything about this look, but what I love most is how many different ways you can style it. Start with a comfortable sweatsuit, throw on a statement coat, add some cute sneakers and accessories, and suddenly you’re polished, sporty, and luxe.

Try a classic trench, a faux fur coat, a long denim jacket, or have some fun with leopard, tiger, snakeskin, or whatever catches your eye. Switch up the hat, change the shoes, play with different textures. There’s so much room to get creative with this one.

Look 09 | Tracksuit and Sneakers Combo

There’s a tracksuit for just about every style, from cropped jackets and wide leg pants to oversized fits and classic joggers. I love the slightly retro vibe of this set, especially paired with a fitted tank and chunky sneakers. Whether you prefer something sporty, relaxed, or a little more polished, find a tracksuit you love and let it do its thing.

Look 10 | Track pants and Denim Jacket

I love mixing sporty pieces with everyday staples, and a denim jacket is one of my favorite ways to do it. There’s something about pairing track pants with denim that gives the whole look a cool, laid-back, slightly retro vibe. And I love that you can wear this combination in so many different ways.

Look 11 | Color Block Tracksuit

I love a good tracksuit, but this color combination is what really sold me The burgundy, teal, and cream give it that retro sporty feel, while the accessories make it a little more fashion-forward. And those multicolored Sauconys? They’re such a fun finishing touch. This is definitely one of those looks I’d wear on repeat.

Elevated Denim Looks

Look 12 | Jorts and Knee High Boots

Now this is how you have a little fun with your everyday style. The longer denim jorts and oversized funnel neck sweater create an unexpected combination, while knee high boots give the outfit a dressier feel. Don’t be afraid to play around with different fabrics and printed jorts, including army fatigue, cargo, leather and balloon style.

Look 13 | Balloon Jeans and an Oversized Blazer

A quality oversized blazer, paired with something unexpected like balloon jeans and a cabbie hat, are always a good idea. The exaggerated shape of the jeans gives this outfit a quirky, modern feel, while the blazer adds a little polish.

Look 14 | Distressed Denim and a Trench Coat

I call this the mom-with-money outfit, even if you’re broke. A trench coat can make even the most casual outfit look expensive, and I love how the oversized button-down keeps this one relaxed and a little undone. You can switch out the trench for a leather jacket, try a graphic tee, or even go full Canadian tuxedo with a denim shirt. So many ways to make this one your own.

Easy One Piece Outfits

Look 15 | Unitard Outfit

Some days, comfort is the entire agenda, and this is exactly what I’d want to wear. I love the cozy oversized cardigan with the fitted unitard because the proportions balance each other so well. It’s simple, relaxed and the kind of outfit I’d happily spend all day in.

Look 16 | Denim Jumpsuit

A loose fitting denim jumpsuit is proof that simple doesn’t have to mean boring. The printed headscarf and oversized round sunglasses bring a little vintage flair that reminds me of something you’d see in an old-school fashion magazine. It’s playful, a little unexpected and a great example of how much you can do with one basic piece.

Look 17 | Maxi T-Shirt Dress Outfit

This one’s for the moms who love wearing all black, like I do. Seriously, could this outfit get any simpler? I love how the chunky Chelsea boots give an otherwise basic T-shirt dress a little edge. And while I’m all for a good all-black outfit, you could easily introduce a pop of color with your bag or jacket. Black is a classic for a reason.

Elevated Everyday Separates

Look 18 | Preppy Meets Sporty

A little preppy, a little sporty, and just enough attitude. This look gives me modern prep-school vibes with a little streetwear mixed in. I especially love the leg warmers with the tall boots. It’s a fun way to play with layers and proportions while giving a classic pleated skirt a completely different personality.

Look 19 | Satin & Track

Talk about an unexpected pairing! Who would’ve thought a track jacket and satin would make such a good match? I love the contrast between the sporty jacket and the luxurious feel of satin. Whether you go with the skirt or wide-leg pants, this combination has a little edge and a lot of style. And honestly, why should we have to choose between sporty and sophisticated when we can have both?

Look 20 | Crew Neck and Balloon Trousers

Now this is my kind of casual. I love the contrast between a graphic sweatshirt and a crisp button-down, especially with a pair of statement trousers. It’s a little collegiate, a little streetwear and a lot more interesting than your typical sweatshirt-and-pants combination. And depending on your mood, you can take this look in so many different directions just by changing the shoes.

The Finishing Touches

You can have the cutest outfit in the world, but the finishing touches are what really bring your personal style into it. Here are a few pieces worth considering for your wardrobe.

The best part about personal style is that you don’t need an entirely new wardrobe to experiment with it. A good pair of jeans or a basic matching set can become the foundation for so many different looks. I personally love having options because my mood changes just as much as my schedule does.
